So how does Hypnotherapy work?

Hypnotherapy is one of the most natural, safe and self healing techniques available. As you enter a relaxed state, your heart rate, breathing and metabolism slow down. A hypnotherapist can use this state of mind to encourage your inner resources to create desired and beneficial change. Hypnotherapy allows you to find meaningful alternatives to current (often unsatisfactory) ways of thinking, feeling or behaving. We also can guide you to achieve such a state through ‘self hypnosis’ techniques. So can you be placed in a hypnotic state? Yes! The depth can vary, but significant benefits can be achieved by everyone. What is important is that you, the client, has a real desire to overcome the barrier and be open to suggestion to move on.

People are sometimes concerned that they will ‘lose control’ in hypnosis.You are always in control and safe. It is a totally relaxed natural state, pleasant , comfortable and very relaxing. How many treatments?
